The ADU planter was allowing water to enter the unit. We waterproofed the exterior wall, sealed vulnerable areas, and installed a drainage system to divert water away from the structure to a safe location.

  Our client, Johnny, contacted us regarding ongoing moisture, mold, and fungal growth in his basement. After a thorough inspection, we determined that although the home was built in 2010, the front perimeter lacked a proper waterproofing and drainage system. We installed advanced waterproofing materials, a substantial drainage system, and a sump pump pit to fully mitigate the moisture intrusion. 

 This Redondo Beach project showcases the installation of a drainage system and new concrete walkways to address perimeter moisture issues. We installed surface drainage to manage groundwater and re-poured concrete walkways to properly divert water away from the home. 

 We installed a surface drainage system and a new concrete walkway along a West Hills garage to address ongoing water intrusion. The completed walkway now properly manages runoff and enhances the exterior appearance.

 Shawna and Brett’s Granada Hills home experienced front-perimeter settlement caused by poor drainage. We performed a deep excavation, enlarged the footings, installed waterproofing, and added a drainage system with a new sump pump pit to resolve the problem. 

 Tracy and Karl contacted us after repeated flooding in the finished basement of their hillside home during rainfall. After excavation, we discovered damaged foundation footings contributing to the water intrusion. We installed a sister foundation system, applied waterproofing, and implemented a comprehensive drainage solution. The project was completed with a new concrete walkway and integrated surface drainage to properly divert water away from the structure and prevent future flooding. 

 Peter and Lisa contacted us after repeated basement flooding in their 1920s Pasadena home. Since exterior excavation was not feasible, we installed a substantial interior drainage system, a sump pump pit, and applied negative-side waterproofing to the basement walls. These measures successfully redirected water and mitigated the flooding issue. 

 Our client, Sam, contacted us after experiencing basement flooding during heavy rain. We connected and redirected the rain gutter downspouts, installed a substantial drainage system along the front and side perimeters, added a sump pump, and completed the project with new red pavers at the front to effectively mitigate the water intrusion. 

 After exploratory excavation revealed standing water, failed waterproofing, and missing drainage, we installed new waterproofing and a drainage system to resolve water intrusion issues at this Santa Monica HOA planter.
